Can I view the products somewhere?

You can visit our warehouse at Geneverpiete 12, 8460 Oudenburg by appointment. You can also view all products in detail on our website.

How do I know how much I have to pay?

All prices are always incl. VAT and visible on our webshop per article. For orders less than €75, only shipping costs will be added. These costs are clearly stated before you confirm your order. If your order exceeds €75, we will ship your parcel free of charge to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders with a minimum order value of €150, we provide free shipping to France and Germany. Other countries pay shipping costs.

Reyntje de vos works with the parcel service DPD for European deliveries and BPost for international deliveries.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Because we are for the preservation of our planet, we ship twice a week, which means that your order will always be shipped within 3 calendar days.

Will I be kept informed of the delivery time?

BPOST always informs you in advance about the delivery of your package. Doesn't that day come true? No problem, you can change your delivery in the "my preferences" or the "BPOST APP":

  • Directly in a collection point
  • Deliver on a different address
  • Place in a safe location

On the day itself you will be informed by e-mail or SMS about the time slot in which your package will arrive.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

No problem. Your package will be delivered to a post office near you. This way you have your package in your possession the next working day and you decide when you will pick it up. BPOST will leave a notice in your mailbox stating the address of the post office and the time from which you can pick up the package.

Take your proof of identity with you when you pick up your package. You have 7 calendar days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.

How will my order be delivered?

All packages ordered at Reyntje de vos are delivered directly to your home with BPOST; or in a post office ready for collection.

How can I receive my order if I am not at home during the day?

We have a solution for this. You can have your order delivered to a different address (at the neighbours, at work) or at a post office in your neighbourhood. Here you can pick it up during the opening hours of the post office and at a time that suits you (also on Saturday and sometimes even on Sunday morning).

Do you opt for delivery at home and you are not at home and delivery to the neighbors is also not possible? Then we will do our utmost to ensure that the package arrives at you as soon as possible. We will inform you in more detail via a message that the driver will leave for you.

Can I have a package sent directly to the birthday girl as a gift?

Yes, this is certainly possible. During the ordering process you can specify the name and delivery address of the lucky person. Would you like to write a personal message that we print on a nice card and add to the order? Or have it wrapped in a festive paper? This is also possible, at the very end of the checkout process under Comments.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, after confirming and paying for your order online, you will receive an email from Reyntje de Vos, containing a detailed overview of your order and a tracking number. Via the BPOST website, you can track your package with your tracking number.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you notice that something is broken upon delivery, it is best to contact us within 24 hours via e-mail: reyntjedevos@telenet.be with a detailed explanation and photos. After consultation, you can return the package and we will do the necessary to replace the product.

Force majeur

Reyntje de vos is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure is in any case understood to mean serious operational disruptions at Reyntje de vos and transport stagnation.
